PBD West covers Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Louisiana.

What can PBD do for me that I can’t do on my own?

  1. PBD provides Category driven programing to achieve best overall pricing by category, negotiated as a national chain.

  2. We open up access to vendor Brand Funding that is only available to National Chains.

  3. Your dedicated SMC executes programs and promotions that are supported by PBD’s proprietary marketing signage.

When do I get paid?

PBD pays its members on the National Altria/Phillip Morris program monthly. All other program rebates are paid Quarterly as PBD is paid from the Vendors

What Does The PBD Membership Cost?

PBD is absolutely free to join. There are no out of pocket costs. We operate on a performance basis. As we save you money, we take a small portion of that as our operating fee (10% of the quarterly rebate checks with a maximum of $300). So if our operating fees reach the maximum of $300 in a quarter, you have earned $3,000 in rebates. All rebates earned above $3,000 are not subject to any fees, you keep 100% of that money. If your store earns a total of $1,250 in rebates during a single quarter, then your feels will be $125 for that quarter, and deducted from your rebate checks.

Who can join PBD?

Any independent convenience store can apply to PBD but every application is reviewed on a case by case basis. To keep our membership in a competitive position, we can’t have two members across the street from each other.
