| PBD West and its contracted vendor will
run several promotions per year as part of the marketing
function.
Promotions are handled as follows. PBD West will define
promotion as agreed upon by the vendor with all the
detail including.
- Start and Ending Date
- Quantity
- Promotional offering
PBD West sales analyst will design the promotion, edit,
print, then forward to the FMR, timely by mail, fax,
e-mail etc. and communicate it to all members by either
Visual Elites, Direct Communique, fax broadcast, Hot
Buys and any other vehicles of communication available
or created at that time.
PBD West FMR is required to abide by the restricted
start and ending dates of the promotion and must implement
promotion by offering it to all dealers in the territory.
A successful sellout is always the goal.
PBD West will also implement a plus out or pre-book
depending on the vendor’s need and the nature
of the product.
